As part of our support of the Miss Yorkshire competition, this afternoon, we visited Imani Jayne Botham at her family home near Richmond, as she was presented her tiara, sash and bouquet by Oops A Daisy florists.
20 year old Imani, a student at Nottingham University studying Fashion and Marketing accepted her tiara with pride, surrounded by her family.
Nathan Bryant, Director of The Elite Media Co., said: “It was a privilege and honour to meet Imani as she was presented with her regalia for Miss Yorkshire. Her passion and devotion for supporting others is clear and apparent, and I’m delighted to be able to be supporting her throughout the next 12 months.”
Organiser of Miss Yorkshire, Phil Green said: “All contestants taking part in Miss Yorkshire portrayed an exceptional level of knowledge and integrity, making it a very close cut and difficult contest for our judges, however Imani proved to be the outstanding leader of all. I’m confident that she will do fantastically well as Miss Yorkshire and I look forward to seeing her do well throughout her reign.”
Nathan continued: “as part of our sponsorship agreement of the competition, we have offered our services to the winner to aid in any way required to maximise their exposure and assist throughout their time in position. I’m really looking forward to working closely with Imani enabling some exciting ideas to come to fruition.”
